Served as the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression system (MEPF) subject matter expert in the major renovation of the 67-acre Whippany New Jersey headquarters campus for Barclays. Partnered with Turner, cost managers, and internal project managers to ensure the success of the project. Project consisted of class A office space, C-Suite, restaurant, café’s, data center, and parking decks.

Led major annual maintenance routines with parallel actives. Designed and implemented an IP based monitoring system for MEP equipment is remote office locations, winning the C&W Best Practice award for innovation. Extensive work in Mexico City, deal with local contractors and government authorities.

Designer and project manager of a data center expansion project that doubled the size of the production data center. Project was executed and completed successfully without taking down the existing data center. Led a 24x7 team of data center operators overseeing production computing applications and facilities monitoring.

Managed multiple data center relocaions, restacks and software deployment projects. Led the 9/11 recovery effort, restoring systems and services after the primary production data center in 1 WTC 95th Floor was lost. Developed a new backup\recovery methodology that significantly reduced distributed hardware, reducing maintenance costs and improving level of service.

Started at Chase providing desktop support services to the C-Level executive suite at 270 Park Ave. Quickly moved up in the organization and was promoted to Technical Officer, then Senior Technical Officer overseeing server operations in the Chase Manhattan Plaza Data Center. Led the migration project from Novell to Windows NT, and centralized key services under a single domain. Subject matter expert on server operations supporting the restack of 1200 employees from mid-town to downtown.
